Gregory is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 35 years’ experience in key leadership roles in organizations that have been committed to operational and organizational excellence.  His skills in Human Resources Management, Organizational Change, Employee and Union Relations, Performance Management and Recognition have benefited companies in the hospitality, telecommunications, internet services, real estate and healthcare industries   He joined Piedmont Healthcare in 2011 as the Human Resources Business Partner at Piedmont Atlanta, the flagship hospital for the healthcare system.  In 2017, he moved into the role of Executive Director, Human Resources Integration.  In the past seven years he led the Human Resources integration of 12 hospitals and two healthcare system.  Since Greg joined Piedmont, the healthcare system has grown from 5 hospitals and 5,000 employees to 24 hospitals and over 44,000 employees.  He is most proud of his involvement in the conception and execution of Promise 360 at Piedmont Atlanta which has now grown to our Systems sole recognition platform as well as his involvement in leading the HR in initiatives for our integrations.
