Ginger Madden

Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR TriHealth

Ginger Madden is the Senior Director of Total Rewards for TriHealth, Inc in Cincinnati Ohio.   In her role, she leads strategic direction for all total rewards programs including compensation and benefits for all employees through the executive team.   She also has oversight for the HR Technology, HR Service Center and HR Operations/Compliance teams.   

 Ms. Madden began her career at Riverside Hospital in Human Resources where she advanced the recruitment, leave of absence and compensation teams.   She was quickly promoted to the Compensation & Benefit Planning Manager where her innovation and due diligence supported their rapid growth and led to the foundation of Ohio Health.  This experience led her to Good Samaritan Hospital where she oversaw their compensation programs and supported the redesign of executive incentive programs in conjunction with their Board.   After supporting the due diligence to form TriHealth, Inc., Ginger was promoted to Director of Compensation and HR Technology.  In this role, she lead the selection and implementation of several HR systems and assumed responsibility for the development and oversite of an HR Service Center for their 12,000 employees.  Ms. Madden, was recently promoted to her current role leading the redesign of TriHealth’s total rewards programs, including their employee health plan and was  recently recognized for her leadership in the successful co-location of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery programs.   Ms. Madden holds her master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Ohio State University.    Currently, Ms. Madden serves as a member of the Madeira City School Board.
