Genny Healy is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Cleveland Clinic, where she helped launch the Center for Workforce Development. Building on more than six years of experience at Cleveland Clinic, Genny’s current role focuses on supporting efforts to address critical staffing needs while expanding meaningful healthcare career opportunities that strengthen both the organization and the community. She partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to design and implement programs that build talent pipelines and equip caregivers to thrive in their roles through foundational skills training, coaching, and manager development. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Genny held HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Goodyear, served as an Internship Director at UNC-Chapel Hill, and developed leadership programs in India as a Global Exchange Fellow. She holds both a BA and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
