Garth Gabriel serves as Regional Director of Human Resources for Kettering Health, supporting a workforce of more than 10,000 employees across multiple facilities in the Cincinnati and Dayton Regions. He brings two decades of experience in strategic HR leadership across both aerospace and healthcare sectors. His background includes leading large-scale talent acquisition functions, overseeing complex employee relations environments, and guiding HR business partner teams in aligning workforce strategy with operational and clinical goals. Garth holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, an MBA in Human Resources Management from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Oakwood University, and multiple professional HR certifications.
