Eric Humphrey

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer Froedtert Health

Eric Humphrey joined Froedtert Health in 2016 as vice president of human resources operations, and was promoted to senior vice president and chief human resources officer in 2017. This role encompasses the areas of compensation, benefits, talent delivery, HR services and analytics, diversity and inclusion, community engagement, change management, organizational learning and organizational development. Eric also provides HR strategy for the health system and has more than 25 years of human resources experience.

An Ohio native, Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Baltimore. He began his HR career as the benefits officer for the United States Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C.

Eric serves on several boards including the Marquette University Corporate Engagement Advisory Board, Carmen Schools of Science and Technology, Exceedent, Cielo Client Advisory Board, and the Center for Healthcare Careers of SE Wisconsin.
