Porter became Senior Vice President, Talent and Marketing and Communications Officer for UnityPoint Health in 2017. For six years prior to that, she served as Vice President of People Excellence. In her current role, Porter oversees system-wide human resources functions and marketing and communications, prioritizing the connection between culture and brand in both team engagement and overall communications strategy. Porter holds a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Iowa.
