Emily Monteleone is the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning at Cleveland Clinic, leading a dynamic, forward-thinking team that partners with leaders across Cleveland Clinic's world-wide footprint to develop plans that drive their people strategy. Her team uses sophisticated analysis, technology, and planning tools to develop innovative, future-focused strategic workforce plans from concept to implementation, enabling Cleveland Clinic to evolve our workforce.
Prior to joining the Strategic Workforce Planning team, Emily supported Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Institute for 13 years; serving in roles leading clinical research, multidisciplinary Cancer Programming and front-end clinical operations.
Emily earned a Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University and an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Cleveland State University.
Emily is very passionate about leadership and giving back to others. Outside of work, she volunteers and serves on the Board of GiGi's Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center – Cleveland, a non-profit that provides free programs and tutoring for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
