Elizabeth Pugel is an executive leadership development practitioner dedicated to helping caregivers grow and thrive. As a Senior Learning Partner in the Mandel Global Leadership & Learning Institute at Cleveland Clinic, she designs and delivers impactful development experiences that strengthen leadership capability. She is passionate about leadership development, public speaking, facilitation, and fostering continuous self and career growth. With over 1,600 career sessions facilitated, she is passionate about creating engaging classroom experiences and building meaningful relationships while helping others grow and develop their careers. In 2025, she was honored as the Generation NEXT Mentor of the Year by Engage! Cleveland. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two dachshund-mix pandemic pups, Roxy and Roscoe.
