With over two decades of progressive leadership and HR experience, David focuses on improving the work experience for all. David currently serves as the VP, Enterprise HR Officer, Team Member and Family Services. Within this role, David champions support and care for our team members and their family members throughout the team member’s career journey at Northwell. Over the past 12 years, David has held various roles within Northwell focused on improving the working experience for all team members. Prior to joining Northwell, he worked within HR at multiple telecommunications companies. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a certificate in Occupational Health Psychology from Kansas State University, and his BA in Psychology from Hampton University.
