Daniel Hawthorne

Director, Industrial/Organizational Solutions & Client Relations ETS WorkFORCE

Dan leads the I/O Solutions team at ETS in Princeton, NJ by providing consultative, evidence-based solutions to internal and external clients, acting as a liaison between the ETS Strategic Business unit and ETS Research and Development, and advancement of US- and global-based business opportunities for ETS. He also provides direct client-facing leadership in client management and account development through the development and implementation of scalable and repeatable I/O solutions. 

Dan brings a considerable variety of skills from academic research and practical environments to bear on business problems, constructing customized, creative solutions for internal and external clients. His years of consulting experience in boutique consulting firms has garnered him experience creating solutions for multiple Fortune 500 clients.  Prior to ETS, Dan was Senior Statistician for a Big Data initiative at State Farm Insurance. He also has served as Senior Principal Consultants for two boutique consulting agencies working on multiple organizational projects.
