Colleen Carroll is a Senior Director at the Mandel Global Leadership and Learning Institute within the Caregiver Office. She leads global learning and leadership strategy, designing scalable systems that align talent development with enterprise goals. Colleen oversees Healthcare Management Education programs, driving strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement to strengthen caregiver capability and organizational performance. Her career began in the U.S. Marine Corps, followed by instructional design roles in the defense sector before joining Cleveland Clinic in 2016. Colleen holds an MBA and a Master’s in Instructional Science and Technology, is ATD-certified, serves as an Gestalt certified leadership coach and mentor. A lifelong learner, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and exploring new experiences.
