As organizational complexity continues to increase, leadership development programs must be intentionally redesigned to remain effective and relevant.

The goal of Cleveland Clinic’s Mandel Global Leadership & Learning Institute formal development programs is to provide caregivers and leaders with ongoing development experiences that foster growth, strengthen the talent pipeline and retain top talent.

Since the programs were launched in 2018, more than 3,000 caregivers and leaders have participated.
