Cinnamon Dixon is the Senior Director of HR Operations at Cleveland Clinic, where she leads enterprise HR Operations, including the HR Service Center, caregiver support programs, recognition initiatives and overall HR business operations. With more than 19 years of experience at Cleveland Clinic, she is known for building and leading high-performing teams that deliver practical, scalable solutions across complex organizations. Cinnamon brings deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, having previously built the function from the ground up to align talent strategies with business growth and drive measurable impact. Her career spans continuous improvement, leadership development, and large-scale transformation efforts, giving her a unique ability to connect strategy with execution. She holds a B.S. in Psychology form Ball State University and an M.A. in Diversity Management Psychology from Cleveland State University. A Lean Shingo Bronze Certified professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Cinnamon is passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and advancing innovative HR practices.
