Chris has over 20 years of experience in change management, project and program management, and instructional design and delivery. He holds the Prosci Change Management certification and the ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification – one of the first 500 people to establish the CCMP certification as an industry standard. Chris has worked with various organizations across the country on changes large and small, including Nationwide Insurance, Catholic Healthcare West, Chase, NeighborWorks America, Children’s National Medical Center, and NYU Langone Medical Center. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Chris now lives in Westerville, Ohio with his wife, Bernadine, and dog, Addie. He is an avid cyclist and amateur photographer / videographer. And even though it’s been a long time since his first post-college job as a junior high school English teacher, Chris still enjoys occasionally proofreading with a red pen.
