Brent holds the Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) credential from Recognition Professionals International and has supported organizations nationwide in creating sustainable, high-impact engagement strategies. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from North Carolina State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
