Brent Lee is a National Account Manager at C.A. Short Company, where he partners with organizations to design and implement recognition and engagement strategies that deliver measurable business impact. His work focuses on strengthening employee connection, improving retention, and supporting safer, more productive workplaces. With more than 20 years of experience in the recognition and incentive space, Brent helps organizations build scalable programs that align people strategies with operational goals. He brings a practical, data-informed perspective, enabling leaders to translate culture into measurable outcomes such as reduced turnover, increased engagement, and improved workforce performance. Brent holds the Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) credential from Recognition Professionals International and has supported organizations nationwide in creating sustainable, high-impact engagement strategies. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from North Carolina State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
