As Vice President of Learning & Development at Fast Pace Health, I partner with clinical, operational, and executive teams to build scalable learning ecosystems that support our three pillars: clinical excellence, leadership excellence, and operational excellence. That includes standing up programs like clinic director and preceptor development, competency-based pathways for providers and staff, and targeted learning that improves both patient outcomes and business performance. My sweet spot is where people, data, and culture intersect: using evidence-based talent practices, simple learning design, and clear metrics to help leaders grow, teams perform, and organizations thrive. I’m equally comfortable facilitating a workshop, mapping a learning strategy, or digging into dashboards to see what’s really working.
