In her roles as an HR Leader, Brandy Patterson has led her teams to become a finalist in Process Improvement awards for the HR SSC Summit, led training initiatives for the implementation of technology solutions for leaders, held key roles within the merger of Baylor and Scott & White and developed training/communications for internal and external stakeholders to include standing up the HR Shared Services Center knowledge base. Brandy is known as a change agent and driver of process improvements within the organization. Today Brandy continues to lead Operations teams within the Shared Services Center and is a lead in the implementation of a contingent labor technology solution with the role of driving process development, program governance and ensuring visibility to the organization.
