Billie Lucente-Baker

VP, Talent Stategy Premier Health

Billie Lucente-Baker is the Vice President of Talent Strategy at Premier Health. In this role, she spearheads the organization’s talent acquisition and workforce development efforts, including sourcing, assessment, selection activities, and internal/external partnerships to employ, place, and transfer human capital resources.

Lucente-Baker joined Premier Health in 1997 as the human resources representative for Good Samaritan North Health Center, where she progressed through roles of increasing responsibility. In 2008 she joined the Premier Health’s Dialysis Centers of Dayton as the Director of Human Resources, a role she held for five years upon returning to Good Samaritan Hospital as the Director of Human Resources in 2013. Prior to her current role, Billie served as the Vice President Human Resources, System Support, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, compensation, organizational effectiveness, benefits, and employee health for more than 13,000 individuals across Premier Health, including five hospitals and corporate services.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Billie holds a number of professional certifications including SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, Lean Human Capital Certified Recruiter, and Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds an MBA from Wright State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
