Program Manager IV, Executive & Physician Leader Onboarding Global Leadership and Learning Institute Cleveland Clinic

Ashley Villani is the Program Manager for executive onboarding, London onboarding, and is responsible for operationalizing strategic initiatives of the Global Leadership and Learning Institute (GLLI) at the Cleveland Clinic. Ashley is a 2016 graduate of the Cleveland Clinic Emerging Leader Program.

Ashley has 12+ years of experience in various industries; beginning her career in telecommunication sales where she earned a position in management. She later took an opportunity to broaden her skill-set while in college at General Electric’s Nela Park campus. Here she enhanced her business acumen in Finance, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources. Ashley then shifted her focus to her passion of Human Resources at a local manufacturing organization, Swagelok Company. Here she led a team of HR professionals and coached leaders in Operations to achieve their full potential. Ashley pursued her interest in the Healthcare industry in 2015 when she joined the Cleveland Clinic Health System in the Human Resources Division supporting the Nursing Institute at Main Campus. In this role, she partnered with and coached new and experienced Nursing leaders.

In addition, Ashley has over 10 years of experience in facilitating both large and small sized groups in the areas of Human Resources, new leader assimilations, social media in healthcare, employee engage-ment, creating a healthy workplace culture, and continuous improvement.

Ashley’s coaching style is described as supportive, empowering, and realistic.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resource Management and Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Ashley is a certified professional in Human Resources through the HR Certification Institute.

Ashley is married to Joe and recently welcomed their first child, Henry. She has a passion for helping others and has completed and coached multiple endurance events including marathons, half mara-thons, triathlons, and century cycle rides that support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Multi-ple Sclerosis Society. She has also participated with the Cleveland Clinic’s heart walk teams supporting the American Heart Association.
