As an education executive and thought leader, I have led large-scale initiatives that bridge the gap between traditional and digital learning. From spearheading curriculum advancements to implementing cutting-edge learning technologies, my expertise lies in designing solutions that enhance student success and institutional growth. I am driven to improve quality standards, perform efficiently, and passionate about the support and collaboration of colleagues and stakeholders. I am a published thought leader on AI in education, instructional design, and academic innovation. I also am a recipient of multiple honors, including Poway Unified District Teacher of the Year, Faculty member for the Penn State World Campus Online Leader Institute in partnership with Online Learning Consortium, Digital Fellows sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Online Learning Consortium Leadership Fellowship and the USDLA Innovation Award.
