With over 13 years of expertise in organizational strategy, talent development, and culture transformation, Amanda oversees the entire talent lifecycle, encompassing talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, organizational effectiveness, belonging and inclusion, as well as workforce development. In less than two years, she has developed and implemented high-performing systems that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent, aligning with OU Health’s mission to be the state’s Employer of Choice.
