Director, Organizational and Talent Development Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare

Allison Hanauer currently serves as the Director of Organizational and Talent Development at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN where she leads the strategic development of talent in an organization that includes six hospitals and a combination of forty plus ambulatory and long-term care facilities. Dr. Hanauer is responsible for assessing the culture of the organization, talent reviews and assessments, and succession planning, along with strategically developing and sustaining culture initiatives. Through her leadership, the organization moved into interoperability through digitization, combining multiple antiquated processes into cloud-based, integrated platforms. Allison Hanauer served her country as a Major in the United States Air Force as a psychologist. During her service, she consulted commanding officers and worked as part of an integrated medical team in hospital and ambulatory care settings. Additionally, Dr. Hanauer served in combat as a member of a trauma surgical team.
