Alan Belasen

Alan Belasen, Ph.D., has over 25 years’ experience in management training and education and in developing assessment tools for healthcare leaders to assess their competency in critical areas of healthcare management. He also led the development of several MBA and advanced certificate programs at SUNY Empire State College, where he is currently teaching. Dr. Belasen’s recent books include Resilience in Healthcare Leadership: Practical Strategies and Self-Assessment Tools for Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses; Dyad Leadership and Clinical Integration: Driving Change, Aligning Strategies; and Mastering Leadership: A Vital Resource for Healthcare Organizations (with Barry Eisenberg).
