AJ Herrmann is the Co-Founder and COO of Pixel Workforce, the first task-based workforce transformation platform built specifically for healthcare.  Previously he was Executive Director of Strategic Workforce Planning for Cleveland Clinic, Head of People Analytics & Strategic Workforce Planning for Nestle, and a consultant for BCG.  AJ also served in the Central Intelligence Agency in various analytic and strategic planning roles.
