Adrienne is a core member of the MMA ADL team serving a primary relationship manager for key national accounts. As a leader on the ADL team, she is responsible for ensuring a successful implementation, strategic business planning, proactive issue resolution, regular program analysis, and renewal management. Adrienne will work directly with the customer beginning with the installation process and will provide ongoing, consultative services throughout the life of the partnership. Prior to joining MMA , Adrienne served as a National Account Executive with Lincoln Financial, where she managed a large book of business and was responsible for persistency and growth. Adrienne joined Lincoln Financial as part of the 2018 acquisition of Liberty Mutual Benefits in which she was serving in the same role responsible for the overall management of key nationally based accounts with varying degrees of plan designs and administrative needs. Prior to entering the insurance field, Adrienne served at the VP of Account Management and Operations for a large international executive education firm where she was responsible for the international operations and staffing within strategic business markets for university-based educational travel programs; while focusing on expansion and growth into new emerging global business markets . Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
