Currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Hospitality at NYC Health + Hospitals/ Elmhurst, blending her expertise in service with a hospitality-driven approach to improve patient satisfaction and staff engagement. With a Master of Science in Management from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Queens College, Abigail brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective that integrates operations, patient, and community collaboration. In her current role, Abigail has successfully managed departments and fosters cross-departmental partnerships to elevate the healthcare experience for all while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with healthcare regulations.
