Aaron Olman

Aaron Olman is a regional director, human resource business partner for Trinity Health in New York. Aaron brings a versatile and essential skill set to the team as he is rich in knowledge of data interpretation, compensation structure, employment law, situational leadership and process improvement.   Some of Aaron's greatest accomplishments are in the HR technology space.  He and his team have been involved in implementation of Workday, Kronos WFM, and many other initiatives to encourage data driven decision making

Aaron has an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration from Ferris State University and an MBA from Western Michigan University.
